Areas We Serve

Bathroom Remodel Contractor in Fort Worth, Texas

Home turf. Most of the bathrooms we've finished are here, a short drive from our Bryan Avenue office.

Fort Worth

Fort Worth is where most of our bathroom work is. We've finished baths in Mira Vista, Ridglea Hills, Overton Park, Crestline, Mistletoe Heights, Riverwood, Tanglewood, Wedgwood, and Fairmount. The same crew who built those will build yours. Whether you have a 1940s hall bath or a primary bath in a newer house, we've remodeled one like it.

What We See in Fort Worth Homes

Fort Worth has homes from every decade of the last hundred years, and the age of the house tells us what to expect in the bathroom. In Tanglewood, Ridglea Hills, and Mira Vista, most of the homes we see sit on slab foundations, so moving a shower means cutting concrete. The older houses in Mistletoe Heights, Berkeley Place, and Fairmount are more often pier-and-beam, which gives the plumber access from below. Many houses built before 1965 still have their original cast-iron drains, and homes built before 1970 often have galvanized supply lines that should be replaced while the walls are open. Newer homes on the west and north sides usually need a better layout, not new plumbing.

Common Bathroom Remodels in Fort Worth

Primary bath remodels are the most common job we take in Fort Worth, often in a 1980s or 1990s layout where a garden tub takes up half the floor. Tub-to-shower conversions and hall and kids bath remodels are next, mostly in the older neighborhoods where the tub-shower combo is worn out. Full primary suites, the bath and the closet together, come up most in Tanglewood, Mira Vista, and Overton Park, where there's room to open a wall.

Why Fort Worth Homeowners Choose Us

We're a design-build company with our own drafting team. The layout and the selections are drawn at our Bryan Avenue office, and the crew that builds from those drawings is ours. That matters in an older Fort Worth house, where the problems are behind the tile: the people who drew the plan are the same people who handle the cast iron when it shows up. You get one number, one schedule, and one team.

Do you cover all of Fort Worth?

Yes. Our office is at 908 Bryan Ave, and the whole city sits inside our roughly 25-minute construction radius, from the pre-war neighborhoods on the south side to the newer builds north and west. If your street is in Fort Worth, we build there.

Do you pull the permit with the City of Fort Worth?

We do. A bathroom remodel that moves plumbing or electrical needs a permit from the City of Fort Worth. We pull it and schedule the inspections as part of the job.

My house was built before 1965. What should I expect when you open the walls?

Cast-iron drains and galvanized supply lines, most of the time. Both are near the end of their life whether or not you remodel, and a remodel that opens the walls is the right time to replace them. We check the plumbing before construction so the replacement is in the plan instead of a surprise.

Where can I see a Fort Worth bathroom you've finished?

They're on our projects page, with photographs of the finished rooms. Tell us your neighborhood at the first visit and we'll walk you through the ones closest to your house and your budget.
